Just checking the girls answers on their book reports on Treasure Island by Robert Louis Stevenson.
One of the questions I had was "If there was a moral to the story, what do you think it was?"
Miss 9 asked me to explain the question to her and so I did. I then said so what do you think the moral could be?
In a questioning voice she said, "Kill first or be killed?"
The Daddy who was walking past at the time, is still laughing his head off at her answer.
