Well done you! <br />It does seem easier when it's a *must* rather than an *optional choice*. Funny how the human brain seems to handle these things.<br /><br />Good to hear that everyone is pitching in and enjoying the changes. I was a vegetable for quite a while as a young adult; and still indulge every now and then in meatless periods of time.
